Savia is a mixed-use project in the northern part of the greater metropolitan area (GMA) that will have amenities unique to the area and a direct connections to Route 1. It is located only eight kilometers from the Juan Santamaría International Airport and will have an area of 80 hectares and more than 4,000 residential units.

Savia will be the first complete mixed-use project in the area, only eight kilometers from the airport and with an area of influence of almost one million inhabitants.

It will include corporate, residential, commercial, and industrial components.
